So, we might be the last family on Earth to begin a blog. As my memory starts to fail, I thought this would be a great way to capture our family memories. Anyhow, here goes...
Spring has sprung
The warm weather can't get here fast enough. We already watched our first sunset of the season at the beach with the girls. Of course, we made a pit stop at Captain Sundaes on the way. Campbell was especially amazed with the sun, and kept asking why the sun sleeps in the water. March 27 marks our first year in Holland, and we can't wait to continue building our life here. We have lots of fun things planned including tennis lessons and another half marathon for the rents, soccer for the kiddos, and a lot of beach time. The girls can't wait to test their swimming skills in the lake. We are also renting a garden plot and attempting to grow our own produce. Should be interesting.
We continue to juggle multiple home projects. The top on our list right now is setting up the swing set, and getting the stone fire pit built.
Anyhow, off to take the girls to the park!
